Winery review: This light-colored wine displays aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossom; flavors include green apple and peach. The finish is mildly sweet, crisp, and lingering. This wine is an excellent aperitif, yet it pairs well with a number of different foods. Try it with New England clam chowder, smoked salmon, Chinese chicken salad, roasted duck, or scallops in a cream sauce.
My review: With a great smelling aroma filled with a fruit boutique this was exciting on the sniffer. I got a lot of notes of a full orchard, some oranges in there also. There was alot to pick out it seemed. The taste was delightful and sweet with a nice smooth finish for me. buy it.
The Pairing: I did not pair this wine with any food
My Score: 8.1/10
