My review: Aroma wasn't very pleasing for me, almost smelt "bubbly" in my opinion. The taste I got was not bad. I tasted plum (which I'm not a fan of so this could explain a lot). It was almost a sharp bitter and too tart for me. Hints of black cherries could be found deep in there, but not enough to turn this into a great one for me.
The Pairing: I did not pair this wine with any food
