Hello and welcome to my blog into the journey of wine. I excited to be taking this wine course and my hopes for this course are to learn the main points that professor Boyer hits on such as; learning to talk the talk, as in learn the language and lingo and how to speak intelligently about wine. I also want to learn things such as how to properly store wine, serve at what temperatures, decant it, pair it and so forth. And of course i want to walk the walk
I have been enjoying wine off and on for some years now, but not very intelligently. I have been just either drinking "red" or "white" in my opinion since i have been drinking, but now i am wanting to become a little more keen on the subject as i get a little older, and also incorporate it into my diet (obviously for health reasons). I have never really been one to pair a wine with dinners or anything on that facet, so I am looking forward to learning about how to go about that also.
I have already began writing some blog posts that i will upload, from the wine that i have drank recently and i am excited to get into writing down my opinions on them and gain knowledge as i go, and as i drink!
