Winery review: This Cabernet Sauvignon displays sophisticated aromas of blackberry, plum and violets complement by a harmonious palate of dark berry fruits and lingering vanillin oak finish.
My review: This was a strong wine. After letting air for sometime I took my first sips and was met with a strong onset of the blackberry taste and got some plum in there as well as described. The dark berry fruits were hard to pick out. The finish was very smooth and pleasant with the vanillin oak finish.
Pairing: I did not pair this wine with anything.
Conclusion: I liked this wine, however it did have a strong upfront taste that was almost bitter on the tongue, but had a very nice finish.
My Score: 7.6/10
